About P2i Hubs
Our P2i hubs are based on a one-stop shop model with access to District Council Housing Options Teams, County Council Leaving Care Workers, Targeted Youth Support Intervention workers and experienced and knowledgeable provider staff in some areas. A P2I Hub operates in each District serving as the main access point to these P2i services and will provide advice and information on a range of issues and provide assessment, co-ordination and support to people aged between 16-25 (inclusive).
To use the P2i services in the hub you will need to fill out an Early Help Assessment with one of the P2i workers. This assessment is there so that our staff can quickly identify the best ways that they can help you and what services you will need to access. In the hubs we can help you with any enquiries you may have as well as prospects for gaining education, training and employment. Writing CV’s, relationship building with family members or landlords. Or help with disputes. Anything we can do to help we will try our utmost best, if we cannot help you we will find someone who can. If you believe we can achieve!!
After the assessment process, with your P2i worker you will design and agree on aplan that reflects your individual needs, preferences, strengths and future ambitions. For some people, their plan may involve the need to access accommodation-based services, for many it will not. We will then help you make plans and take steps to put this plan into action.
While all of our hubs offer access to the P2i services, some of our hubs have grown and developed and may offer a wider range of services than others. Contact a hub near you to see what we have to offer.
